A veterinary clinic network in Greater London is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead a multi-site team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and client care skills, with an ability to solve problems effectively. Responsibilities include financial management, client complaints resolution, and staff supervision. Here at Selsdon Veterinary Hub (Selsdon, Warlingham and Avenue Road Vets) we are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join our leadership team.
We are looking for someone proactive with strong leadership and management skills to become a Practice Manager across all three sites. You should have a clean driving licence to be able to drive between sites. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis. Therefore managerial and leadership experience would be advantageous.
The Practice Manager will work in partnership with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients. Within this role you will be involved in all aspects of managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management and premises management. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis.
Previous veterinary experience is not essential for this role, but you should be resourceful with strong leadership and planning skills. The ideal candidate would have strong people management and customer service skills, potentially from a retail background or similar.
