We're proud of our heritage but focused on the future. Continuous improvement, innovation, and developing our people are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Collate and analyse live project data to inform decision‑making and provide monthly reporting to the wider business
  • Set objectives, budgets, and baselines within the company's ERP system for live projects
  • Implement and manage project KPIs to improve governance, documentation standards, and reporting consistency
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and present data‑driven recommendations to enhance project performance
  • Maintain project risks, issues, and lessons learned registers; support resource and dependency management
  • Identify critical paths and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project viability
  • Support project closure activities and documentation

You're proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with a passion for using data and process excellence to improve project outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems or planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Experience managing risk registers, lessons learned, and performance KPIs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently under general supervision
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in defence, naval, or other regulated project environments
  • Awareness of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and metrics
  • Professional certification such as APMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS) and analytics tools such as QlikView or Power BI
