THE OPPORTUNITY

SII are hiring a PMO Consultant to help improve and deliver our customers projects in the Aviation industry in Filton.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure alignment between project execution and contractual commitments
• Track and follow up contractual deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Perform project and contract-level risk analysis and maintain risk registers
• Proactively alert the Contract Manager to risks, deviations, and emerging issues
• Support change impact analysis (scope, cost, schedule)
• Act as the primary interface with the Contract Manager, providing clear status and reporting
• Support governance, reviews, and audits with accurate project data

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar PMO or project support role
• Working knowledge of Planisware / Unified Planning (UP)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, dynamic, and able to work independently
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex project topics
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced project environment

Desirable

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the aerospace or aviation sector
• Advanced or expert-level knowledge of Planisware / Unified Planning (UP)
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CSIP
