Job description

A Lings Group Limited is offering a permanent Plumber position in South London, covering areas inside the M25 (South). The role requires a full UK driving licence and a NVQ Level 2/3 or Level 2/3 Diploma in plumbing.

Base Pay Range

£34,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Changing taps and tap cartridges (Bath, Basin, Kitchen and Outside)
• Repairing leaks on copper/plastic pipework and waste pipes
• Repairing and installing radiators
• Repairing and installing toilets
• Understanding hot and cold‑water systems
• Working with and understanding unvented hot water systems
• 1st & 2nd fix installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems
• Power flushing

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing
• Clean full UK driving licence (max 3 points)
• Unvented G3 qualification (desirable)
• CSCS skilled trade card (desirable)
• Asbestos awareness
• Minimum two years’ experience working alone
• Hand tools
• DBS certificate
• Two references from previous employment

Job Types & Schedule

Full‑time. 45 hours per week, basic salary (excluding weekend rota paid T&Q). Working times: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, plus a minimum of one Saturday & Sunday per month on alternate weekends.
