The Role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement and Planning Administrator to support Procurement and Planning across Fresh & Prepared and Branston Farming. Key responsibilities include administering weekly grower payments, producing usage reports for the Lincoln site, and supporting the S&OP process with new product setup and daily reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly grower payments, including data collation from the ERP system.
  • Ensure all payments accurately reflect grower contract terms.
  • Investigate and resolve grower payment queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the buying team with contract countdowns and related analysis.
  • Produce weekly raw material usage reports and maintain short‑ and long‑term stock accuracy.
  • Process bulk factory sales and maintain accurate associated records.
  • Input, match, and reconcile purchase orders for cold storage and grading costs, reporting variances against budget.
  • Create and maintain cold store plans.
  • Administer Branston Farming payments and support stock forecasting activities.
  • Oversee grower field record compliance and associated reporting.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Central Planning function.
  • Set up new products within ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver daily reporting against sales forecasts to support operational decision‑making.
  • Support preparation for daily planning calls through data updates and documentation.
