The role involves ensuring statutory compliance of building systems and delivering maintenance through in-house and subcontractor teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing maintenance programs within budget and time, overseeing a multi-skilled workforce, and ensuring high standards of operation. Qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 and IOSH/NEBOSH certifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in managing maintenance programmes to time and budget.
• Ability to manage a multi-skilled workforce for operational efficiency.
• Experience dealing with M & E critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of the built environment and deliver planned maintenance.
• Manage planned maintenance team and subcontractors effectively.
• Work closely with the reactive maintenance team.
