Replacing or repairing components to optimize system performance.* Diagnostics & failure analysis: Investigating malfunctions/defects, performing root cause analyses, and reporting findings to engineering and product development teams.* Documentation & reporting: Preparing detailed service reports, recording maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.* Customer relationship management: Building strong customer relationships by providing responsive, expert, and solution-oriented service.* Collaboration with sales & engineering: Working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and with engineering to provide field insights for product improvements.**Minimum Requirements*** Technical diploma, preferably in automotive technology, installation technology, or similar.* Fluent in English.* Valid driver’s license (category B) – required to work at various customer locations* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.* Flexibility to occasionally work late to complete customer tasks, take weekend on-call shifts, and stay overnight within the UK for more complex service jobs.**Bonus Points*** Any additional European language is an advantage* Experience having worked in a service technician role is an advantageEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
