We're seeking a energetic and organised Development Scientist to join our dynamic R&D team, focusing on scaling innovative processes and products from lab to production trials

What You'll Do:

• Lead process and product scale-up from R&D through to full-scale manufacturing
• Optimise manufacturing processes for sustainable leather textile production
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and universities to develop scalable solutions
• Manage scale-up projects, troubleshoot production challenges, and implement process improvements
• Work closely with our production facilities to ensure seamless technology transfer

What We're Looking For:

• Materials Science, Textiles, Chemical Engineering , Chemistry or Process Engineering degree with a focus on process engineering, technology translation, tech transfer or scale-up
• Maximum 5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or manufacturing, in particular working in a R&D role in a manufacturing organisation
• Skills: Project management, organised, data handling, process optimisation and strong problem-solving abilities
