Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Warehouse Operative for its production team in Swindon. This role involves supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates should have prior experience in manufacturing and attention to detail. The position is onsite in a cleanroom facility with a rotating shift pattern. Full PPE and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or laboratory work.
• Experience in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team player with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and gowning.
• Support material handling and transfer within cleanroom areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to cGMP standards.
• Operate machinery such as part washers and autoclaves.
• Assist with packaging, labelling, and product weight checks.
• Record all work accurately and report any issues to your team leader.
• Maintain correct stock levels and expiry checks.
• Perform environmental monitoring once fully trained.
