A golfing organization is looking for an aspiring or newly qualified PGA Professional to develop coaching skills in a progressive environment. Position Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for either an aspiring PGA Professional or a newly qualified PGA Professional to further develop their skills within a progressive coaching environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in coaching, player development, and the day‑to‑day running of a successful golf operation. For qualified professionals, this position provides an excellent platform to grow a coaching business at a busy public facility, whilst refining your coaching philosophy using industry‑leading facilities and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assist with golf lessons, coaching programmes, and group clinics for players of all abilities.
  • Support and contribute to junior, adult, and player development programmes.
  • Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the golf shop, including retail sales and customer service.
  • Engage positively with members and guests to enhance their overall club experience.
  • Help maintain practice and coaching facilities to a high standard.
  • Utilise our state‑of‑the‑art TrackMan 20‑bay driving range, including two indoor coaching rooms and a fully equipped custom fitting studio.
  • Assist with golf events, competitions, and club initiatives.
  • Continue professional development through ongoing education and training.
