Join Our Team as a Personal Assistant – Make a Real Difference! We are looking for a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team and provide personal care and support in a family home for a visually impaired young adult who uses a wheelchair and has complex health needs, including severe neuro‑disability, hydrocephalus, cerebral palsy, and spastic quadriplegia. This is a rewarding role that will see you assisting with a range of tasks, from personal care and repositioning to operating respiratory equipment and ensuring the safety and well‑being of the client. You will work closely with the client and their family, providing both physical and emotional support in a home environment. Complex care experience is desirable; however full training will be provided, including manual handling and hoist transfers.

Here at Salvere Support we support individual clients in their own homes. Our small teams of Personal Assistants provide bespoke, person‑centred care to really make a difference in our clients’ lives. You’ll only be working with one client which enables you to truly get to know them and make a meaningful difference each day.
8‑16 Hours per week (Friday and Sundays)
All training is provided and will consist of e‑learning courses, face‑to‑face sessions, practical training, clinical training and competencies. The training is bespoke to the client and fully comprehensive for meeting their needs. We also provide refresher training on a regular basis, to keep your knowledge and skills current.
