  • Plan and optimise paid and organic media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Craft high-performing ad copy tailored to personas, verticals, and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate globally with campaign managers across EMEA, Americas, and APAC to align activity with regional goals.
  • Lead testing and optimisation initiatives, refining copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Build segmentation and retargeting frameworks using CRM, ABM, and first-party data.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, pipeline impact) and translate insights into action.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates, sharing best practices and benchmarks across teams.
What you bring
  • 5–7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on paid media strategy and ad copywriting.
  • Proven success managing B2B campaigns that deliver ROI and pipeline growth.
  • Experience working with agencies and international stakeholders.
  • Background in SaaS, DaaS, or data-driven industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
You’re someone who…
  • Knows how to balance creativity with performance.
  • Writes copy that converts and understands what makes audiences click.
  • Is fluent in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and GA4.
  • Can interpret data and present insights clearly.
  • Collaborates with ease across teams and time zones.
  • Is organised, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
