The Club is seeking a First Team Performance Analyst – Women’s to work as part of the Women’s First Team analysis team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high‑level performance analysis services to players and coaching staff across all areas including training, match preparation, and individual development. The role will report to the Head of Analysis and will be based primarily at the Club’s Training Centre in Enfield.
The position will involve working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, in line with the Women’s First Team schedule.
To support the analysis needs of the Women’s First Team by delivering performance insights across training, matchday, and post‑match activity. The role will provide technical and tactical analysis to support team performance, player development, with a big focus on opposition preparation.
