• Deliver annual HR Cycle including performance management.
• Advise leaders on employee relations issues.

Skills

Solid experience in HR management within logistics

Strong interpersonal skills

Advanced knowledge of local labor law

Good change management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
