Job summary

A technology solutions partner is seeking a People Advisor to be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues in Birmingham. This role involves managing the colleague lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews, advising on employment law, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and HR experience, with essential skills in communication and discretion. Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) – occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the colleague lifecycle—from onboarding to exit interviews.
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives and support absence management.
