Qualifications

We have an excellent opportunity for a Pensions Assistant to join our Pension team, responsible for administering the Croda Pension Scheme in line with the Service Level Agreement and ensuring member data is up to date and accurate.

  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent

What You’ll Be Doing

Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.

  • A variety of administration activities connected to the running of the pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment
  • Performing pension calculations, with the support of the pension team
  • Sending out member communications
  • Collate and process invoices and submit monthly Trustee bank reconciliation
  • Support other pension team members with pension projects and pensioner payroll

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position based at our Cowick head office in Snaith (East Yorkshire). Initially, as part of training, you will be required to attend the office every working day.
