An innovative retail leader based in Shirebrook seeks a Fraud Management role with a one-year fixed-term contract. The position involves handling Card Not Present transactions, investigating fraud cases, and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract
You will manage payments and fraud screening in the Card Not Present environment. This will include payment disputes, chargebacks along with investigating and identifying fraud. You will find patterns and inaccuracies in a multi £M of “Card Not Present” transactions, playing a key role in an integral part of our business.
This is a rota based shift pattern role covering between 6am-9pm
