Job description

Motus Commercials located in Avonmouth is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Parts Sales Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers.

5 days per week Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm PLUS one Saturday in four (overtime rates)

Main Duties

• Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning.
• Drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first‑class customer service to upsell products.
• Undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners.
• Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
• Understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
