A leading automotive retailer in Woolwich seeks an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. This role involves liaising with customers to identify and source parts, ensuring accurate ordering, and maintaining inventory. The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 plus potential OTE of £36,000, with standard working hours Monday to Saturday.

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within our parts department that supports both the workshop and a retail counter, as well as trade customers. Your expertise in identifying and ordering the correct parts will help serve both internal and external customers, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.
You will drive growth in all aspects of the parts business through direct selling, leveraging your knowledge of our stock, available products, and competitor offerings. Routine stock checks, proactive customer follow-ups, and strong relationships with suppliers and drivers will be integral to your success.
Salary and hours:
Basic Salary £30,000 (depending on experience) OTE £36,00 + per annum
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm and Saturdays 8am – 12.30pm on a rota basis (Saturdays to be paid as overtime).
The main duties of the role include:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in a franchised motor-trade environment.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Proficiency in using Kerridge/Drive and ETK systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be eligible to work in the UK
