A vehicle service company in Aberdeen is seeking a Parts Advisor. No prior parts experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves identifying and ordering parts, managing stock, and communicating with customers and workshop staff. Essential skills include customer service excellence and a keen willingness to learn. We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Aberdeen Prep Centre. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.
Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm
Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?
Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.
If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
