A fintech company located in London is seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen and expand partnerships across Europe. As part of our Partner Growth team, you’ll help strengthen and expand SumUp’s ecosystem of referral, reseller, and software integration partners across Europe. Our team manages existing partnerships end-to-end — from launch enablement to long-term growth — ensuring our partners succeed in bringing SumUp’s solutions to small businesses.
You’ll collaborate closely with Partner Acquisition, Sales Operations, and Product teams to drive measurable growth, while shaping how SumUp scales through partnerships.
Manage strategic partnerships across the Nordics and Benelux regions, ensuring long-term growth and success
Design and implement partnership strategies that drive merchant acquisition and revenue expansion
Identify new opportunities to upsell partners on SumUp products and expand their market reach
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Product, Engineering and Legal to enable partner success
Analyse performance data, provide actionable insights, and represent your portfolio in QBRs/MBRs
You have 3+ years of experience in commercial or partnership management roles within fintech, SaaS, or payments
You’re analytical and data-savvy, confident in turning insights into growth strategies
You bring a commercial mindset and know how to balance partner needs with business goals
You understand API-based integrations and can communicate technical solutions in a simple, value-oriented way
You’re a strong relationship builder, able to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
You’re adaptable, proactive, and thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment
You speak fluent English (Dutch or Swedish is a plus)
