The InPostNewstrade division specialises in final-mile delivery for newspaper publishers and magazine distributors, covering 75% of the UK and Ireland with a 45% market share. Operating from 36 locations, it delivers almost 1bn newspapers, magazines, and collectibles to around 21,000 customers. The division includes core final-mile operations, magazine primary distribution, corporate distribution, outsourced retail consultancy, and airside media placement.

Thursday to Saturday

Hours

Thursday 08:00am – 16:30pm / Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm / Saturday 08:00am – 17:00pm

Salary

£12.21 per hour

What you’ll be doing
  • Efficiently process returned magazine supplies by unloading, breaking down, sorting, and allocating items to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Inspect returned products for accuracy, damage, and overall condition, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Identify, locate, and manage overstock and restock items to support accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfilment.
  • Accurately scan, record, and document returned items within the warehouse management system.
  • Load and move approved returns to designated storage or outbound areas as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised warehouse environment in compliance with all safety and operational standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and workplace safety.
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed to keep workflows running efficiently.
