A premier automotive company in Hereford is seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of vehicle orders and maintain stock profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Great attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems.

Cotswold Hereford is looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator.

Your role

You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state-of-the-art facility. As a Sales Administrator you will be involved in all areas of vehicle administration across our two brands BMW and MINI

Responsibilities
  • Complete and process all vehicle orders accurately ensuring that all required checks are completed
  • Maintain and monitor stock profile by using relevant platforms
  • Update daily operating control spreadsheets with required information
  • Liaise with Sales Managers and Sales Executives/BDM’s as required
  • Confirm handover details, arrange logistics and ensure necessary paperwork is completed
  • Monitor, update and input data to a variety of systems
  • Ensure all data is kept updated, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements
  • Ensure reports are sent within required timeframes

Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Thursday – Friday

Salary: Based on Experience

We are looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Hereford. This position will be part of Job Share, working 2 days a week.

Your profile

If you have great attention to detail, are computer literate and can communicate effectively then this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a premium brand. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a sales administration role however is not essential as training can be provided.
