Looking for a role that fits around your life while letting you give back to your community? At Carr Gomm, we’re offering the chance to join our Home Respite team in Lochaber (Fort William) as a Support Practitioner, providing essential short‑term support to people in their homes.

This is an opportunity to support unpaid carers by offering them time to rest and recharge — all while making a meaningful difference in someone else’s day.

About the Role
  • Provide 1–5 hour support visits in people’s homes to enable carer respite

Who You Are

We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry, etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm. You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment. It is currently our policy not to offer sponsorship for prospective candidates.
