MEDii is a specialist‑led clinic specialised in providing services to an international clientele, with a particular focus on those seeking high‑quality, personalised medical care. We are seeking a highly skilled nurse to take on a permanent, part‑time role, combining both clinical and managerial responsibilities. The position requires attendance on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, and Friday, offering flexibility to suit individual schedules.

This role offers opportunities for career growth, with the potential for salary increases based on performance and a transition into a full‑time position depending on individual progress and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering expert nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, performing nursing assessments, administering medications, and assisting doctors with clinical procedures.
  • Leading on compliance‑related responsibilities, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations, infection control policies, and clinical governance standards.
  • Competence in cervical smear screenings is an unique advantage but not essential.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of policies, assisting with audits, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting phlebotomy, wound care, and assisting in minor diagnostic tests.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, promoting a high standard of patient care.
  • Overseeing equipment and stock management to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (NMC Pin) with significant experience in outpatient nursing.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative in driving compliance and quality improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare IT systems.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, with a willingness to undertake further training as required.
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine and Acute Medicine is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in cervical screening is beneficial but not mandatory.
Schedule & Work Location
  • Part‑time, 3 days per week, with flexibility to work on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, and Friday.
  • Shifts range from 16 to 24 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours based on performance and clinic needs.
  • Work location: In‑person at our Central London clinic.
Salary & Employment Terms
  • £26,200–£28,200 per annum (pro‑rata for 3 days per week), depending on experience and qualifications. Further increases may be awarded based on performance.
  • This is a permanent position, subject to a successful 6‑month probationary period.
  • Further salary increases are possible based on performance, and the role has the potential to transition into a full‑time position depending on business needs and individual performance.
