A local tennis coaching organization is seeking a part-time or full-time coach to join their team in Cranleigh. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, reliable, and possess a Level 2 Instructor qualification. You will coach various age groups, conduct private lessons, and support the growth of the tennis community. We are in high demand and looking for a coach to join our fantastic team to help us to continue to grow the game.
Unfortunately we have a coach injured and not ready to return until September, and a coach on their honeymoon for 6 weeks, so there are a lot of hours to start with and, the successful candidate could be a full time or part time coach, to fit in with what they are looking for and what we need too.
The coach would be required to work across the programme, coaching all ages from Red ball to adults, private lessons, school sessions and help us to continue to build our tennis community.
The coach is required to deliver lessons with lots of enthusiasm, follow themes set by the head coach, complete registers, be creative, keeping players engaged and maintain player retention.
Cranleigh Tennis and Social Club – 5 artificial clay courts, all floodlit. Raynes Park High School – 3 hard courts, all floodlit.
We have a wonderful membership base, friendly members and families, a great team of coaches, nice facilities and lots of opportunities for coaching sessions.
As we are increasing the coaching opportunities across our venues, we need a coach that's enthusiastic, hard working and a strong team player.
The candidate should have a good playing standard and technical knowledge.
It's important to be punctual, reliable and have good communication skills.
Ideally the coach should have a few years coaching experience and a proven track record of improving the players they work with.
Preferably have a car to easily get to the venues.
