• Previous credit control / sales ledger experience, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.
• Ability to engage professionally with customers and teams.
• Strong Excel capability with V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload in a busy environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering supply-chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales ledger: raising invoices, generating statements, posting payments.
• Chase overdue invoices promptly via various communication methods.
• Monitor accounts, identify high-risk cases, and escalate as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
• Produce regular reports on debt analysis and cash-flow forecasts.
