The purpose of this role is to provide legal support to lawyers and, where appropriate, to be responsible for case work under supervision within the Child Protection Legal Team.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to provide legal support to lawyers and, where appropriate, to be responsible for case work under supervision.

  • Prepare Court bundles
  • Prepare documents for legal proceedings
  • Provide legal support to more senior staff
  • Prepare witness statements for use in court proceedings
  • Have conduct of appropriate casework under supervision
  • Such other duties and responsibilities of a similar grade and nature as may be required including other areas of work within the Child Protection Team
