The Team

Our team covers a wide range of litigation including motor, disease, employers liability and public liability claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our multi‑award‑winning firm.

The Role

Your role will involve assisting our lawyers and Partners with all aspects of the day‑to‑day management of claims, including:

  • Assisting with liability enquiries
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical records and reports
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Preparing instructions to Experts and Counsel
  • Preparing Counsel/Court bundles
  • General administrative duties
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of the litigation process (optional)
  • Previous experience in a similar legal setting (required)
