A holiday park operator in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Paid Social and Programmatic Executive to enhance Facebook activity and drive lead generation. Park Facebook Social Media Executive will sit within the Performance Marketing team and be responsible for driving consistent, high‑performing Facebook activity across all parks to support caravan sales lead generation and sign‑up conversion. Although strong progress was made in 2025, park Facebook pages still vary significantly in capability, audience scale, content quality, and commercial impact. This role exists to close that gap by accelerating growth for developing parks and unlocking incremental revenue by embedding proven, scalable social media best practices across the estate.
