Park Facebook Social Media Executive will sit within the Performance Marketing team and be responsible for driving consistent, high‑performing Facebook activity across all parks to support caravan sales lead generation and sign‑up conversion. Although strong progress was made in 2025, park Facebook pages still vary significantly in capability, audience scale, content quality, and commercial impact. This role exists to close that gap by accelerating growth for developing parks and unlocking incremental revenue by embedding proven, scalable social media best practices across the estate.

What you will be doing:
  • Supporting parks at different maturity levels with hands‑on guidance for those starting from scratch or significantly behind target
  • Driving Facebook page growth through immersive, experience‑led creative and best‑practice content frameworks
  • Running workshops and training sessions to upskill park teams and improve content quality, frequency, and confidence
  • Curating ready‑to‑use content for sales managers, enabling them to focus on boosting, nurturing, and converting leads
  • Providing regular performance insights, including top‑performing posts, leaderboards, and optimal posting times
  • Holding regular check‑ins with park teams to monitor performance, budgets, and adherence to vegetables
  • Reporting on KPIs, lead generation performance, and ROI for commercial trading and POD calls
What we’d like you to bring:
  • Proven experience managing and optimising Facebook organic and paid activity with a strong focus on lead generation
  • A strong understanding of how creative, format, and objective alignment drive performance
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and upskilling non‑marketing teams
  • A data‑led mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear actions and recommendations
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commercial and results‑driven approach
