Job description
Paid Media Executive at Impression

Impression is a multi-award winning, high growth digital marketing agency based in Nottingham, London and Manchester.

We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Media Executive to join the team and help us continue to deliver award-winning results for our clients. Impression were recently ranked fourth in UK\'s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing (medium-sized companies), and we continuously strive to ensure the best possible work-life balance for our team.

As a successful candidate, you will be given a clear progression path. We want rising talent to grow with us and there is ample opportunity for you to progress to the next level. We are also proud to be listed on the “Flexa 100” Most Flexible Companies to work for and to be officially recognised as a Great Place to Work®.

Who are you?
  • You have at least 12 months experience working across high-performance Paid Search and Shopping campaigns.
  • You’ve worked as part of a team and garnered hands-on experience of how to set-up, build, optimise and report on a Paid Search account.
  • You are an engaging, confident communicator, with some experience presenting results to either internal or external stakeholders.
  • You have an appreciation for the craft of PPC, and are beginning to feel like a pro when it comes to the Google Ads platform (and maybe Microsoft Ads too!).
  • You’re fluent in all things spreadsheets, and are honing your skills in data analysis; solving problems through data and visualising the answers through graphs.
  • You enjoy working with others as a part of a team, and want to continue working in a collaborative environment to meet shared goals.
  • You might have experience with SA360, Marin or Kenshoo, but in general you’re excited to learn new tools and platforms and to enhance your Paid Media prowess.
What will you be doing?
  • Working as part of a team to manage, optimise, and drive continuous growth through Paid Search and Shopping on some of our biggest accounts.
  • Helping to on-board new accounts through campaign restructures, keyword builds, and writing new ad-copy.
  • Ensuring proactive delivery of PPC performance, escalating account issues to your Team Lead and working together to solve challenging problems.
  • Working with Senior Strategists to develop Paid Media strategies for some of our small-medium accounts.
  • Working closely with our amazing clients, building productive relationships in order to deliver the best performance for their businesses.
  • Challenging yourself, your team, and your clients to ensure we’re always collectively driving in the same direction whilst being respectful, fair, and focused on results as we do it.

Salary £24,500
