Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in complex care or paediatrics.
• Proven hands-on experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning techniques, PEG feeding, and ventilator support.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
• Current mandatory training (e.g., Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Infection Control, Safeguarding).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care to children with complex medical needs.
• Perform daily clinical tasks including tracheostomy care and management.
• Monitor and document clinical observations such as respiratory effort and oxygen saturations.
• Communicate effectively with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
