Overview

Real World Services is a well-established security company operating across the South of England. We take pride in delivering the highest standards of security to our clients. We are currently seeking a Part-time Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to support our Head of Security Operations, Simon Mitchell, at our busy Weymouth office.

Role Overview:

This role is central to the smooth running of our Weymouth office. As PA to the Head of Security, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to manage daily tasks and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Security.
  • Answer and manage telephone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Perform accurate typing and data entry tasks.
  • Assist with rota planning and scheduling.
  • Prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in rota planning and general administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional telephone manner.
  • A high level of discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability.
  • Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Knowledge of Sage or bookkeeping would be useful.
Benefits & Remuneration
  • £12.50 per hour.
  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
