A leading sales agency is seeking a Growth Partner to drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Starting salary is £30,000, rising to £32,500 after probation, with a clear progression path available.

We're an outbound sales agency helping creative agencies build predictable revenue systems that actually work.

We're not your typical lead gen factory. We become an extension of our clients' sales teams - booking high-quality meetings with decision-makers who genuinely need what we're selling. We've helped our clients get in front of household names and industry leaders, and we're expanding fast.

We work with ambitious creative agencies (web dev, branding, design, marketing) who are ready to scale beyond referrals, and now we're looking for a Growth Partner who's ready to grow with us.

We aren't looking for your average employee. We're looking for someone who's hungry, willing to contribute ideas, and genuinely excited about outbound sales done properly.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Self-source new opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Qualify leads properly - budget and need matter, but so do shared values. We build long-term partnerships, not transactional relationships
  • Manage and maintain a well-organised sales pipeline
  • Think on your feet, build rapport with decision-makers across different industries, and close deals that matter
What You'll Need:
  • At least 3+ years in a business development or sales role (experience in digital marketing or lead generation agencies is a bonus)
  • Confidence presenting both virtually and face-to-face with key stakeholders
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex deals
  • Excellent time management and a passion for improving processes to maximise efficiency
  • Team player mentality
