Qualifications

  • NCCPA certified.

  • Any combination of education, training, and experience related to the position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and surgical support to a sports medicine surgeon.
  • Conduct hospital admissions and consultations.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic injuries.
  • Order and interpret various lab studies.
  • Consult with physicians and refer complex cases.
  • Provide therapeutic treatments and perform procedures.
  • Educate patients and families.
  • Document patient encounters according to guidelines.
