A local government authority in the UK seeks an experienced Organisational Business Analyst to support business change initiatives. This is a hybrid role.The successful candidate will need to be able to work from County Hall for a day a week, and more if required by the project.
What we’re looking for
We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Organisational Business analyst to provide high quality business analysis services for Norfolk County Council. This is a key role, vital to the successful management and delivery of our business change programmes delivering value for Norfolk and its residents in this very exciting time for Norfolk.
You’ll work collaboratively with a wide variety of operational stakeholders and senior managers to understand business challenges, map business processes and collaboratively develop new requirements and new and improved business processes.You will also be responsible for designing multi component business solutions and working in the delivery phase of projects to drive through change.
This post sits in our new Business Analysis Centre of Excellence, which is part of our Digital and Transformation service. Digital and Transformation work with leaders and stakeholders across NCC and partners to manage, deliver and report on organisationally critical programmes and projects. Our BA team plays a vital role in helping to scope, prioritise and drive through this vital and exciting change.
