Role Overview
LullaBellz is looking for a confident, charismatic, hair/beauty-obsessed on-camera Organic Social content creator to become the face, voice and personality of the brand across TikTok and Instagram.
This is an extremely exciting role which is not just about posting content on our feed. It’s about building a feeling, a narrative and a community with our audience and beyond. Our mission is to inspire confidence and we’re looking for our organic social candidate to do just that!
We’re an IT girl brand with a you CAN sit with us attitude. Best friend vibes and big sister energy is where we aspire to position ourselves as a brand. You will act as a daily presenter for the brand - telling stories the resonate with our audience, building confidence, uplifting girls and women in our community, making LullaBellz feel human, warm and trustworthy. Your job is to make our audience feel seen, safe and inspired, while naturally guiding them towards our products through confidence and clarity, not pressure.
Core Responsibilities
1. Be the Face & Personality of LullaBellz (On-Camera Content Creation (Main Focus)
- Act as the recognisable on‑camera presence of the brand
- Show up consistently across TikTok & Instagram
- Represent LullaBellz with warmth, confidence and authenticity
- Embody our values: confidence, kindness, ambition and empowerment
2. Confidence-Led, Story-Driven Content Creation (Daily)
- Create daily, feel‑good content that inspires confidence
- Film hair transformations, styling demos and before/afters that feel real and achievable. Content that doesn’t just show gorgeous hair but shows how it can make someone feel.
- Tell mini‑stories through content: self‑belief moments, glow‑ups, confidence shifts
- Focus on how hair makes someone feel, not just how it looks
3. Series-Led Organic Strategy
- Confidence & self‑belief transformations
- Street‑style interviews and reaction content
- Kindness‑led moments (compliments, reassurance, uplift)
- Real‑life transformations in everyday settings
- Behind‑the‑scenes, day‑in‑the‑life, and reality‑style brand content
The goal is to create content unique to us that audiences recognise, return to and emotionally connect with.
4. Community, Conversation & Trust Building
- Actively engage with comments and conversations on organic social
- Be a reassuring, friendly voice customers trust
- Help answer questions and reduce fear or overwhelm naturally through content
- Make customers feel part of the LullaBellz community – sister energy coming through!
5. Trend-Led, Fast Execution
- Jump on trends, sounds and cultural moments in real time
- Film lo‑fi, social‑native content quickly and intuitively
- Balance trend participation with long‑term brand storytelling

Experience & Skills
- Confident and comfortable on camera
- Strong interest in hair, beauty or styling (personal or professional)
- Able to style hair confidently on yourself or others
- Strong instinct for TikTok & Instagram content
- Understands what feels authentic vs over‑produced
- Can self‑start, script, film, edit and execute quicklyComfortable editing social‑first video (CapCut / PremierePro, TikTok editing)
- Excellent writing skills and visual content creation abilities
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement)
Role Details
- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
- Hybrid role: 3 days Manchester office, 2 days working from home
