Imerys Minerals Ltd - Cliffe Vale

Salary: £24,444.42 + shift premium £6,270.29

Contract: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operative at our Cliffe Vale Site. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. This role is to carry out all production roles and any other roles required by the site management team at the Cliffe Vale plant, ensure all production is completed to meet required tonnage, quality in accordance with HSE protocols and site procedures.

Required to work a Shift pattern with the flexibility to cover two shift patterns days and nights.

Summary Of The Role
  • Operate a Front End Loader and Fork Lift.
  • Operate an Artitor Mill and the use of mixing machinery.
  • Operate a blending system to create bespoke products.
  • Receipt and storage of products by road and rail.
  • Loading of bulk tankers and palletised products.
  • Carry out site cleaning, demonstrate and promote good housekeeping practices.
  • Embrace and promote Imerys continuous improvement and contribute towards improvement ideas.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols with a positive attitude, Report all incidents and accidents promptly to site management team.
  • Carry out testing of all products produced ensuring they are within customer specifications.
