• Manufacturing background would be desirable.

• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Flexible towards shift work, including weekends and overtime.

We’re looking for an Operations Technician to join a leading global company in the diagnostics and life sciences based in Pencoed,Bridgend on a fixed term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting production and quality within a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate start available
• Salary: £17.46 p/h
• Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 – 06:00 – Weekend off every other week
• Temporary contract with opportunity to extend

Duties of Operations Technician

• Ensure all operations comply with QRS/GMP, ISO standards, and Health, Safety & Environmental regulations.
• Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform dispensing functions and other manufacturing activities.
• Accurately complete and update required spreadsheets and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization.
• Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure smooth handovers.
