An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Milestones Trust as our Operational Systems Lead.
We’re looking for a forward-thinking and tech-savvy individual to lead the daily management, technical support, and development of operational systems across the Trust. This is a key role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring our systems are fit for purpose, compliant, and aligned with the evolving needs of our services and the organisation. Additionally, that staff feel capable and confident to use these systems.
You’ll work closely with System Owners, operational teams, IT, and senior leaders to support the effective use of technology, identify future system needs, and explore new and emerging technologies—including assistive technologies and business intelligence tools.

The role is office and field based and is 30 hours per week (hours are flexible).
