This full‑time, flexible position requires working weekends and involves collaborating closely with all hotel departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and multi‑task efficiently in a fast‑paced environment will be key. You will work directly with the General Manager to achieve the hotel’s vision and strategy, contribute to budget and P&L reviews, and take responsibility for stock yield and management. In addition, you’ll handle guest inquiries, train and develop staff, and leverage your knowledge of the hotel’s amenities to drive upselling and enhance the overall guest experience.
