We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our Managed Services team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide operational support to Managed Services clients and staff, manage service tenders and pricing, and play a key role in strategy planning and forecasting. You will also support presales bid management and costing and contribute to operational management within workplace or data centre technology environments.
This role will work closely with Service Delivery Directors, Sales Directors, and other operational leaders to ensure alignment of delivery strategies, processes, and procedures. You will be expected to foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams, and support continuous improvement across the Managed Services division.
