Karma Kitchen is focused on a single mission; to build beautiful, functional commercial kitchens at speed and scale, to provide the space required by passionate food businesses that want to grow.

We take old, often disused commercial units and transform them into private workspaces and even individual workbenches. We’re building the infrastructure and foundations of a global new food landscape, we’re helping businesses at every stage of growth to scale, and we’re doing it in partnership with the communities in which we operate.

Goal/ function of a site manager

  • Site Management: Oversee your site on everything operational
  • Partner/ Community Management: our partners are at the core of what we do and we’re constantly looking to improve all activities that increase our Partner Experience
  • Partner communications: you’re the eyes and ears of the operations team on the ground.
  • Perform Site audits and Health & Safety audits: making sure we keep our sites safe and running for our partners and catch any issues early on
  • Partner onboarding & offboarding: making sure our partners are moved in/out to their unit smoothly
  • Project Execution: Assist on Operations/Facilities projects

Note. we’re looking for someone that lives at max. 30 mins away from Wood Green (preferably in between!), as it’s important to live close to the site in case of emergencies. Any applications not meeting this will be excluded.
