Operations Manager – Pizza Express Contract

A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Pizza Express contract, reporting to the Account Director to ensure all contractual commitments and deliverables are achieved, along with accurate and effective budget reporting. The role will support the client in meeting compliance objectives and enhancing Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability performance by promoting excellence and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily account operations including calls, escalations and continuous improvement, acting as the first point of contact for all escalations.
  • Manage and support the Operations Team with job releases, batching, quotations and labour processes through to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective contract delivery and address any performance issues.
  • Lead, develop and monitor team performance to achieve objectives and maintain service excellence.
  • Provide financial and budgetary input, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, promote health and safety and embody the Bellrock culture.

Working arrangements

The successful candidate will mainly work from home, with occasional travel to the office and site visits when required.
