Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will guide a dynamic team of restaurant professionals towards elevating our business, working closely with General Managers, Executive Chefs, and our Senior Operations Director.

Location

Head Office: Borough (5 min walk from Borough Market). This role will span across Azzurra (Chelsea), Aqua Kyoto and Nueva (Regent's Street), Dim Sum Library (Covent Garden), and Shiro (Broadgate Circle), with an initial focus on Azzurra and Dim Sum Library.

• Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and feel included and motivated.
• Operational excellence: Drive organizational change, ensure alignment with business goals, build relationships with suppliers, and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

Compensation

Annual base salary: £30,534.76. You may also be part of the venue’s Tronc system, which could provide up to £64,465.24 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
