Do you want to be part of a new and exciting team, being involved in the Outpatients Department team across the Primary, Community, Dental조 Care Directorate?

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our Outpatients department team. You should be innovative, enthusiastic andքային looking for a challenge with an eye on success. You will need to be a self‑starter and a great communicator and willing to input ideas and suggestions to help move the team forward.

The post holder is responsible for providing administrative support to manage all aspects of the Community Outpatient Department.

The post holder is expected to exercise initiative to work unsupervised and establish relationships with service users and other agencies from both the public and private sectors. To improve, collate, analyse, and interpret data and information to support the Head of Operations and Operational Support Managers (OSMs).

Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.

Main duties of the job
  • Be responsible for providing an efficient administrative/coordinating service to the Outpatient Department and the team across all community sites whilst being the first point of contact for all enquiries, including coordinating and leading the OPD administrative team.
  • Liaise efficiently with the team administrators who support the department, whilst supporting with band 3 roles and responsibilities.
  • Be a main contact and the channel of communication between users of the service, maintaining a professional but organised manner.
  • Assist the Head of Operations and Operational Support Manager in the collection and collation of statistical information as required whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
