This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** **Leadership & Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of onsite engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.* **Operational Oversight:** Coordinate daily activities including incident response, service requests, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.* **Service Excellence:** Ensure adherence to SLAs, processes, and company standards for all service delivery.* **Resource Planning:** Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for field operations to meet contractual deadlines and client expectations.* **Technical Support:** Provide guidance and troubleshooting during BAU activities, including maintenance and repair tasks.* **Compliance & Safety:** Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times.* **Client Engagement:** Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.* **Reporting & Escalation:** Monitor progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues when necessary.* **Continuous Improvement:** Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, documentation, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction.* **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Collaborate with project management, account management, and logistics teams for seamless execution.* **Cybersecurity & Training:** Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies, including completion of mandatory training.**You will be successful in this role if you have:*** High School Diploma or GED required* Technical certification or Associate Degree preferred* 4–6 years of experience in IT support or related field* Strong leadership and communication skills* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and service management principlesBecome part of our "Winning Culture"!
