A leading UK healthcare provider is seeking a Band 3 Occupational Therapy Clinical Support Worker in Glasgow. The successful candidate will join the Inpatient Mental Health Team at Stobhill Mental Health Campus. Responsibilities include supporting therapeutic activities, facilitating group work, and providing supervision to clinical support workers. Applicants must possess an HNC in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience. This role promises a dynamic and rewarding working environment supporting mental health patients.
8.30 – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Occupational Therapy Clinical Support Worker to join the Inpatient Mental Health Team at Stobhill Mental Health Campus, North East Glasgow. The Inpatient Occupational Therapy Team works across the inpatient site including adult acute admissions, older people’s mental health and rehabilitation.
Occupational Therapists will provide specialist assessments to this patient group and allocate work to the postholder. The postholder will support ward‑based therapeutic activity, home visits and community work as prescribed by the qualified occupational therapist, and facilitate group and individual work. The postholder will also provide supervision and support the development of the clinical support worker.
Applicants should have an HNC in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualifications and/or experience. Candidates should be highly motivated, flexible and have excellent communication and written skills. Previous work experience as an occupational therapy support worker would be desirable. Regular clinical supervision will be provided.
