We are the UK’s largest provider of assistive technology equipment.Reporting directly to the Technical Supervisor, your duties and responsibilities include, installation, delivery, uplift, maintenance and repairing of daily living aids and nursing equipment such as grab rails and hospital beds within clients’ homes, using company supplied tools and equipment. You will liaise with internal and external agencies including Social Work and Health personnel detailing tasks completed, whilst ensuring work undertaken complies with all elements of Health and Safety.The successful candidate will be an empathetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who possesses strong inter-personal and organisational skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively, accurately and confidently. You should be able to always demonstrate a high level of confidentiality whilst using your initiative whenever required, have the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to the needs of the business. Previous experience in working with vulnerable service users would be advantageous.Possession of a full UK Driving Licence is essential.Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is essential on taking up appointment.
