Overview

We are excited to expand our current rotations and recruit to our Band 5 Occupational Therapy posts at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Rotation Settings & Specialities

There are opportunities to rotate across our Winchester, Andover and Basingstoke sites on a variety of rotations and specialities throughout the patient pathway. These settings include surgery, ED, medicine, cardiology, elderly care, hand therapy, orthopaedics (including trauma and elective), and stroke.

Role Summary

A rotation is a great way to begin your career or to continue developing your existing skills at a Band 5 level. You will be supported by experienced clinicians who will teach you the skills you need to deliver excellent patient care and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a variety of conditions across all rotations whilst working as part of a wider therapy team to promote and develop evidence‑based care.
• Partake in a 7‑day working pattern and the in‑service training rota as required.
• Support patient care across surgery, ED, medicine, cardiology, elderly care, hand therapy, orthopaedics and stroke settings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
• Ability to obtain and hold a manual driving licence or have access to a personal vehicle with business insurance, unless medically exempt.
• Commitment to flexible working and part‑time arrangements will be considered.
